Explore Local Trails

Roseville is laced with scenic paths that make it easy to turn a simple walk into a nature break. Head to Antelope Creek Trail for up to three miles of fully paved trails, perfect for casual evening walks just minutes from home. For a longer outing, hike or bike along Miner’s Ravine Trail, an eight-mile stretch of open space that begins in Old Town Roseville, winds through local parks and ends at Sierra College Boulevard. Dry Creek Trail is another family-friendly favorite, with paved paths for walkers and dirt trails for horseback riders. 

Chase Waterfalls in Auburn

Spend the day exploring Hidden Falls Regional Park, tucked into the oak woodlands of the Sierra Nevada foothills. Discover 30-foot waterfalls, sweeping views of the Sacramento Valley and more than 30 miles of multi-use trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure kind of day.

Plan an Outdoor Play Day

For lakeside fun, head to Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. Spend the day hiking, fishing, picnicking or out on the water kayaking, boating or waterskiing. Beer City Half

The Beer City Half takes runners across Tower Bridge and along the American River Bike Path, with Half Marathon, 10K and 5K options. Prefer a stroll? The Beer Stroll offers a one-mile walk through Old Sacramento. Post-race refreshments spotlight some of the region’s best brewers.

The Great Junk Hunt

Treasure hunters, this one’s for you. The Great Junk Hunt returns to Roseville with curated vendors offering vintage, handmade, industrial and repurposed finds. Add in music, food trucks and a festive atmosphere, and it feels more like a party than a shopping trip. 

Green & Clean Community Cleanup Day

March 14 | 8am – 4pm 
Corner of Vernon St. & Taylor St., Roseville

Kick off St. Patrick’s Day weekend by going green and giving back! Volunteers will help clean up downtown Roseville, including the creek area and Royer Park, by picking up litter, clearing debris and pulling weeds. There will be a free raffle, so register here to test your luck and claim your spot.

Puzzle Palooza

Put your teamwork and puzzle-solving skills to the test at Puzzle Palooza! Teams of up to four will compete to finish a 500-piece puzzle as quickly as possible. Paint & Sip: Spring Blossoms
